Your age is just a number. Whether you are 25, 55 or 75, you can feel young and energetic and leave a full and active life. Exercise and especially weight training is essential at any age, but specifically for someone over 50. If you see a decline in strength and energy, you should consider how it will feel when years go by. You can get to the point where it’s hard to walk as far as you’d like, run everyday errands, and take care of your daily needs. But you can stop and even reverse those changes by starting your training now.

I will assess your current situation and create a personalized plan that you will be able to view on this site once you have created a login. As we make progress, we will check it against your plan so you can see your improvements as well as revise it to help you move ahead.

We will start your training by making sure you are healthy, and stable first. We work on your functional movements and move on to weight training.
