Personal Training

During your training session, we will follow the Integrated Fitness Training Model of training®.

If needed, we will start with corrective training. Poop posture can manifest in muscle disbalance and decreased function. It can also result in altered muscle length, activation, and joint movements. Poor flexibility can also contribute to the dysfunction of functional movement patterns.

When you ready, we will move to load training focusing on improving strength and power. We will follow you goals and work on increase lean muscle mass and your flexibility, core function, balance, power, speed, agility, quickness, strength, and sport-specific cardo-respiratory efficiency.
